The perfect solution to lift trucks to dock level
Height gaps between the dock and vehicles can cause problems when loading or unloading goods. It can lead to damage of equipment or goods, cause forklift trucks to accidentally come off the dock or render loading impossible.
Our hydraulic truck leveler eliminates these issues and ensures that vehicle tails and docks are level. This system:
- Lines up the end of the truck with the dock – enabling forklift trucks to drive in and out smoothly
- Enables loading and unloading of lowered vehicles
- Improves safety
How does it work?
Our dock leveller raises the truck if the vehicle’s tail is lower than the dock, closing any height gap between the truck’s end and the dock.
When the truck arrives, the dock leveller is lowered and the driver reverses into the dock as usual.
Before loading or unloading the vehicle, an operator pushes a button to lift the tail of the truck to dock level – the automatic vehicle restraint (if fitted) will then lock the vehicle into position.

Lifts all vehicles
Our hydraulic dock leveler can lift the tail of all vehicles by about 30cm (12”) (or 40cm (16”) for special build). It can push up to 30 tonnes and is available with or without our truck restraint system. It is completely environmentally friendly and complies with EU standards.
Frees space
Outside: When lowered the dock leveler retracts underground and presents a smooth surface to allow vehicles to reverse into the dock safely.
Inside: using a shorter leveler can free storage space.
Works everywhere
Our dock leveller works everywhere – between wheel guides, along a wall and in extreme weather conditions.
Reduces maintenance
Not only is our dock leveller maintenance free, it also allows you to load and unload lowered vehicles without altering the vehicle’s suspension – therefore avoiding any friction damage to buildings.
